Corporation of industrial and commercial enterprises SOYUZ (SOYUZ Corporation) is founded in 1991 and combines the project, manufacturing, construction and installation, commercial enterprises for providing the full cycle of construction, modernization and reconstruction of facilities of power generative and steam power industry, alternative energy.

During the last 10 years, Soyuz Corporation commissioned more than 50 significant power facilities in Ukraine, Моldova, Kazakhstan.
