SPEC Ltd started being a total substation support contractor to industry in August 2000. Since incorporation, SPEC Ltd is renowned for covering up to the 132kV power substation services, down to the mains 415v power networks.

With a client base ranging UK wide and overseas, SPEC Ltd has gained an exceptional reputation and knowledge base within its field, reflecting in it’s growth plan of achieving £10 million in 15 years. With this growth, SPEC Ltd have expanded nationally with the head office in Wakefield and branches in Aldershot, Oxford, Newcastle, Bromsgrove and Glasgow. In January 2018 the newly launched specialist multi utility services business, Ipsum Group selected SPEC Ltd as its second partner in their venture into the specialist utilities sector.

SPEC Ltd provide HV maintenance packages, tailored to either an operate and maintain or maintain only. Working directly with the end users, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), main contractors, subcontractors and FM providers, SPEC Ltd are capable of engineering any service to suit any situation.
