Special Economic Zones Authority (SEZA) Botswana, is a parastatal under the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry established through the Special Economic Zones Act of 2015. SEZA began operating in April 2018. MandateTo Establish, Develop and Manage Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in Botswana. 

Mission    

Their job at SEZA is to guide, develop, deliver, and grow the SEZ’s by delivering investor friendly services which enable, facilitate, and promote real and value added investment in Botswana.

By 2023 SEZA will be seen as a trusted partner in creation of real diversified, inclusive sustainable economic growth through the effective delivery of Botswana’s SEZ programme
