State Tax Committee (Uzbekistan)
The State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is the state governing body of the Republic for control over compliance with the tax legislation and protection of economic interests of the state.
The Committee reports to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Committee is responsible for the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Cabinet of Ministers.
Decisions taken by the state tax service bodies within the scope of their authority shall apply to state and economic administration bodies, local state authorities, other organizations and their officials, as well as taxpayers, including legal entities and individuals.
The State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent, districts (cities) of the State Tax Inspectorate (hereinafter referred to as the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service), the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, , The organizations included in the list of the Committee are legal entities, stamps and forms with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the name in the state language, the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has personal treasury accounts, bank accounts, including accounts in foreign currency.
Public tax service bodies shall carry out their activities in accordance with the law, independently of public administration bodies and local public authorities.See more
