The State Tax Service is the public authority empowered to administer taxes, duties and other payments in the interest of the State. 
The State Tax Service's mission is to ensure tax administration by creating tax compliance conditions for taxpayers and monitoring the compliance process, and uniformly enforcing fiscal policy and regulation.
