Subsolar has extensive knowledge of the administrative permitting process on municipal, provincial as well as national level. Subsolar can help with managing the Environmental Impact Application process, instigation and managing the rezoning process, applying for the necessary permits with the different government institutions, the national electricity regulator and Eskom. For projects requiring project finance, Subsolar can aid in getting debt finance in place, as well as consulting on the structuring of the debt in regards to local taxation, the project cashflows and compliance with government requirements. Subsolar has established relationships with local banks and development finance institutions, allowing it to find the optimum debt provider for all sized projects.
