- The founders and owners of the company are: TOPIĆ (VASILIJA) DUŠKO dipl. eng. of Forestry and  ŠAJINOVIĆ (OBRAD) STEVO B.Sc. eng. forestry

- The company has 8 full-time employees (eight (with a university degree) and 1 with a high school diploma) and 2 (two) permanent professional associates (contract on additional work) who are specialists in management and planning in forestry as well as standardization, norms, calculations and forestry industries.

- The company hires about 40 occasional workers in the period March-October, of which over 60% have a university degree and 3-5 workers who have various specialist knowledge in the field of design in forestry and geodetic works.

- The company has a license for design in forestry (no. 04-332-2479 / 05) issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska and a license no. 06-26-261 / 06issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of the Federation of BiH, and a license for the development of civil engineering projects - forest communications no. 2812/06 , issued by the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska.

- The company has a Certificate of Conformity with ISO 9001: 2000 standards for the field
