Summa Group is expanding its business in the grain trade and in implementation of infrastructure projects in the agricultural sector in Russia.

In May 2012, the Board of Directors of UGC chose Summa Group as a strategic investor purchasing a stake in the company at a rate of 50% minus one share.

OJSC "United Grain Company" is a Russian state-owned agricultural company, established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation and was charged with the development of the infrastructure of the grain market, the implementation of the export potential of Russian grain on the world market, the active conduct of trade and procurement activities on the domestic grain market.
