Company founded in 2012, with the main purpose of leading the diffusion of solar energy in Colombia and its neighboring countries.

During its first years of operation the company focused on developing projects for non-governmental entities, which in principle sought to bring energy to the disadvantaged, both in schools and in social centers to improve the conditions of the Area.

Currently SUNCOLOMBIA is a recognized leader of the solar market in Colombia, and they provide solutions in 4 fields: Telecommunications, Off grid, On grid and Water.

Their facilities throughout the country include solar-powered surveillance at all Aero Oriente airports. Solar schools of the Lights To Learn project, productive applications for Afro-descendant and indigenous populations, as well as refrigeration solutions for fishermen with IDB funds.

Suncolombia's growth has been driven by a focus on new technologies bringing state-of-the-art equipment to remote populations and always seeking to create financial partnerships with banks to mass energy with massive loan programs.
