It is almost half a century ago that they began with great enthusiasm the challenge of opening their first bakery with the determination to make the best artisan bread every day for the residents of Vigo . Through years of work, experience and dedication, they opened new bakeries in Vigo, and in 1985 they took the path of creating a single identity, Tahona Moderna, to expand their business lines with the catering service and prepared meals and to continue with the production of excellent quality bakery and pastry products, the best and closest treatment to their customers and continue to grow with the opening of new stores.
