Tamano Consultants Co., Ltd. has “Outcomes with authority, Actions with integrity” as its company motto and has been providing complete consulting services of planning, designing, and implementing surveys and management for the development of social infrastructures such as for urban development projects mainly working on land adjustment, and for roads, bridges, rivers, erosion control, harbors, water and sewerage, and parks throughout its history of 65 years.

Tamano Consultants became a member of the Nippon Koei group in 2005 and has been expanding its activities on a global scale based on its experiences that it had gained domestically by working on urban development projects and developing industrial parks in the rapidly growing Asian and African countries.

The entire company has been working on restoration projects after the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in 2011 in Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima Prefectures, aiming to complete urban development in these Prefectures at the earliest. Additionally, we are working from the hardware and software perspectives for making inspections, diagnoses, and implementing countermeasures for disaster prevention/mitigation measures against abnormal weathers in the recent years, floods/sediments that occur due to typhoons, and the deterioration of infrastructures.
