Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services Limited (TNUIFSL) is a Public Limited Company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 on 7th November 1996. The authorized share capital of the Company is Rs.2.00 crores and the paid up share capital is Rs.1.00 crore. TNUIFSL is a Public-Private Partnership in urban sector. It is promoted by Government of Tamil Nadu with equity participation from banks and financial institutions namely ICICI Bank, Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Limited and IL &FS Financial Services Limited (IL & FS).

The objects of the Company are

• To carry on the business activities in respect of management of trust funds and other funds and to acts managers, consultants, advisors, administrators, attorneys, agents, or representatives of or for any funds and

• To act as consultants, financial advisors and investments advisors and to render such consultancy, financial and investment advisory services.

MANAGEMENT

The Company is managed by Board of Directors.
