Catalytic role of TGT in 3 steps
TGT aims to be a catalyst for SME and farmer development. As such, TGT maximizes its effectiveness by working through three channels: direct impact, influence, and leverage.
Thousands of small entrepreneurs and farmers every year are directly impacted by TGT’s programs.
TGT develops best practice through its programs, and promotes it using its networks within the Tanzanian private, public and non-profit sectors.
TGT uses its leverage with other organizations to develop networks and forums which work together to tackle the problems facing SMEs and farmers.
