Tatis International is an independent South African IT services company based in Somerset West, South Africa.
Tatis has a rich history of building international revenue management solutions. Having ventured into customs management in 2006 Tatis was contracted to deliver its customs solution to Luxembourg. Phase 1 of the customs solution was placed into operation in July 2007 after which a number of upgrades and extensions followed.
In 2009 the South African Revenue Services (SARS) acquired the Tatis customs IP and the customs development team (+/- 60 software engineers). This product has been rebranded by SARS and is now called the Interfront Customs & Border Solution (iCBS). The new SARS customs solution was released into production in August 2014.
In 2010 Tatis made a strategic decision to establish a partnership with Oracle. The adoption of the Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management (PSRM) suite as the core component in the Tatis offering led to the achievement of Oracle Gold partnership status. Tatis is the Oracle PSRM strategic partner for the Southern Africa region.
Today the focus is on Tax and Revenue management. The solutions we provide are based upon the Oracle technology stack with PSRM at the core. The Oracle technology supports external integration enabling the revenue authority to establish a single view of the taxpayer across all revenue streams. PSRM provides standard interfaces for integration to 3rd party systems.
