Telecom Strategies LLC is a telecom consulting company. They are agents for a number of Telephone and Voice/Data organizations. As such, their services to their clients are at no cost to them. Their compensation is from the vendor(s) they mutually decide on.

Their process is to provide both a needs and cost assessment of a business operation. At that point, specifications are written and bids are solicited.

Decisions are made in a collaborative manner with the client base on their recommendations.

They are then responsible for implementation and oversight of the installation. Furthermore, their relationship is ongoing for the life of the Telephone System or contract of the Carrier Services.

They are your outsourced Telecommunications Department, on a 24/7 basis.
