Telia works to make you connected everywhere and always, no matter what the technology. It has invested in the development of telecommunications in Lithuania more than anyone else – over EUR 1.5 billion. This allows them to always be a step ahead and for its customers to use the largest and most up to date optical fibre and mobile communications networks, to be among the first to try the next-generation services.
On 1 February 2017 when Teo, the fixed communications leader in Lithuania, merged with the mobile operator Omnitel and the data centres business leader Baltic Data Center, it became the first single-source provider of integrated fixed and mobile communications and IT services – Telia Lietuva. Telia, in short.
In mid-2020, the contact centres team in charge of servicing Telia customers was integrated into Telia: the subsidiary Telia Customer Service LT became a part of Telia Lietuva.
Its customers are people, businesses, state authorities and other organisations. Telia offers them the widest range of communications and IT services – everything they need for quality communication, fun leisure time, learning and exploring, effective work, safe and secure activities, and ambitious business.
