Utility enterprise "Teploenergo" of Dneprovsk city council is a municipal unitary commercial enterprise.
KP "Teploenergo" produces thermal energy, transports it backbone and local thermal networks and supplies it to the population, enterprises, organizations, institutions regardless of ownership, according to the concluded contracts and agreements.
The purpose of creation and activity of KP "Teploenergo" is:
- business activities to achieve economic and social results and for profit.
Teploenergo also provides district heating and hot water services. Provides consumers with specifications for connection / disconnection to / from heat networks.
Increases the pressure of drinking water - collection, treatment and supply (operation and maintenance of cold water pressure booster systems).
 
The company operates 374 boiler rooms, has 108 heat points and almost 1350 km of heat networks. Natural gas is the fuel for all boilers. The thermal energy produced by the KP "Teploenergo" is supplied to all districts of the city and the city of Slobozhanskoye and provides heat to 3365 dwelling houses, 77 hospitals, 146 schools, 147 children's preschools. Therefore, KP "Teploenergo" heats about 85% of the city's housing stock.
The production of the enterprise consists of the production capacities of three thermal districts.
Four customer service centers of KP Teploenergo provide information to consumers. Each consumer, if necessary, can check the calculations and obtain information (balances, charges, benefits, subsidies, tariffs, etc.).
Leadership hours are provided to effectively support public relations, individual and prompt approach to each consumer at the enterprise.
 
According to the decision of the Dniprovsk city council of the VII convocation, as of July 27, 2016, the objects and networks of heat supply were transferred from the balance sheet of the Dnipropetrovsk thermal networks to the balance of KP "Teploenergo".
 
This decision was made with the aim of improving the district heating system of the Dnieper, obtaining independence from heat generators not subordinated to the territorial community of the city, and bringing the calculations in the field of heat supply to a unified tariff system.
