Established in 1989, at a time when Ottawa was in need of a high-quality, locally-based contracting expert to specialize in retail, commercial, and institutional interiors, Terlin Construction answered the call and has grown its business and expertise to continue to meet and exceed industry expectations and client needs.

Terlin is proud of many achievements and proven track record as the "supplier of choice" for leading institutions and national retail chains, including Shoppers Drug Mart with whom they have shared a now 20+ year relationship. Responding to opportunities outside of Eastern Ontario, Terlin expanded its project delivery reach and capability, engaging with national retail chains to deliver projects from coast to coast.

In 2015, Terlin moved into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Ottawa which also houses its custom Millwork shop. The move allowed Terlin to expand its corporate office and bring all of its staff together under one roof, improving service efficiencies that much more.
