The Apprentice Project (TAP) team (alumni from Indian Institute of Management, Teach For India, and The Young India Fellowship) aims to build life skills in low-income kids of age group 10 to 14 years by utilizing their passion as a medium.
Selected high-skilled volunteers from organizations like Cummins, Bajaj, Citi Bank, Thermax, etc. are placed in under-resourced schools for a period of one year. The volunteers mentor and work on building life skills (Communication, Creativity, and Critical thinking) in each student, every Saturday, which can help a child be successful in the 21st century.
