The Atlas Alliance works for the fullfillment of the human rights of persons with disabilities in poor countries and for the improvement of their living conditions.

The Atlas Alliance is an umbrella organisation consisting of Norwegian organisations of people with disabilities, parents and patients that are involved in international work. Since 1981 the Atlas Alliance has supported projects for people with disabilities in countries in the South.
