The Dariu Foundation (TDF) is a Swiss-based international non-governmental organization working in Vietnam since 2003, with activities focusing on microfinance, scholarships for poor students, Funding to build kindergartens, computer skills training and financial education in their own mobile schools.
Today it is providing microfinance services to around 15,000 low income households in Dong Nai and Vinh Long provinces, awarding 1500-2000 scholarships, building 2-3 kindergartens and training around 7,000-10,000 students via mobile schools on computer, intemet and financial education every year.

They belive that investing in women - who are generally considered “unbankable” - with microfinance services will

Mobile Schools
Mobile School is their innovative solution to solve the problem of no access to computers and internet for the rural disadvantaged children in Vietnam.
Scholarships
Education for children is considered a heavy burden by low-income families, though they are aware of the importance of education for their children.
Kindergartens
Their school building project helps to build new schools in areas where access for children is difficult or in areas where there are no schools.
Financial Education
They help the low-income women, youths and kids to learn all about financial education to achieve behavior change.
