HPN’s innovative business platform brings together social mission and private enterprise to spur peer exchange among senior leaders and collaboration among member organizations.

Membership is by invitation and includes approximately 100 organizations across the U.S. as well as an international network. POAH (Preservation of Affordable Housing) is an example of a HPN member that at year end in 2014 managed over 8,700 affordable homes valued at $1 billion in real estate assets and $100 million in annual property revenue.

Together with members, HPN creates social enterprises and private sector partnerships to transform lives through housing and community development. From financing charter schools to launching the first nonprofit social venture REIT, HPN enables members to scale their impact to help millions of families access affordable homes and thriving communities.
