The Royal Social Welfare Organization (TRSWO) has come into being in February, 2010. Firstly it has worked as Challenger Group. The Challenger Group organized many projects regarding Active Citizenship, Youth Trainings and on environment. It became registered The Royal Social Welfare Organization (TRSWO) Hyderabad, Sindh, TRSWO providing emergency relief services wherever and whenever it occurs. With this mandate TRSWO organized its professional staff and a broad network of volunteers. It has successfully demonstrated its capacity and worth during the relief and rehabilitation activities after the devastating Flood of August 7, 2010.

The TRSWO has planned to work on Six areas / sectors i.e. Environment, Education, Health, Emergency relief services, Youth Development and Drinking Water.

Vision:

A dynamic civil society Empowering & strengthening of individuals, communities and organizations / institutions through support, and the provision of knowledge, skills and services to create a society that is gender sensitive, supports young people to safeguard the environment and promote sustainable development.

Objectives:

• -To raise the socio-economic status of the poor of the Society.
• -To establish educational institution for primary, middle and intermediate.
• -To help those students whose parents cannot send them to school, by providing proper education, uniform and books etc.
• -To teach the professional knowledge and skills.
• -To establish institution concerning computer education and technical education.
• -To spread medical and health awareness among masses.
• -To work for saving environment by planting, sampling and encouraging optimum use of resources.
• -To circulate awareness about social evils.
• -To provide Emergency Relief Service .
