Tomorrow’s Youth Organization (TYO) is an American, non-governmental organization that works in disadvantaged areas of the Middle East, enabling children, youth and parents to realize their potential as healthy, active and responsible family and community members. T
YO is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to TYO are tax deductible to the extent provided by the law.
TYO's grassroots, community focused education programming in Palestine and Lebanon includes:
- Core Child Program: Non-formal early childhood education for children aged 4-8.
- Women's Entrepreneurship Development: In cooperation with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, TYO programs focus on skill based training and incubation of women-led created enterprises.
- The Women's Group: Mental and physical health discussion series for women led by volunteer experts.
- American Internship Program: Undergraduate and graduate interns work and teach at TYO's Nablus Center during the fall, spring, and summer sessions.
- Local Volunteer Program: volunteer and job training program for local university students.
