Since 1998, TDA has received nearly $60 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) technical assistance funds, and over $5 million in awards from other government and private organizations to provide technical assistance, training, and organizational development. Currently, they manage consulting contracts in 39 states across the country. They manage hundreds of complex projects and have established a reputation for completing activities within the defined budget and timeframes. At any given time, up to 70 individual projects may be taking place simultaneously, including a combination of training and direct consulting interventions. They keep all these projects running on schedule and within budget. And they accomplish this without sacrificing the quality of their services, earning us the confidence of their clients.

The TDA family of companies is located in Laurinburg, North Carolina and has satellite offices in California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Vermont.
