Transforming Energy Access (TEA)

The Transforming Energy Access for Households and Improved Livelihoods Programme (TEA) TEA is a programme from the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID), designed to have a transformative impact on the deployment of renewable energy solutions in developing countries to support the progress of clean energy access. Up to £69 million will be invested over 5 years. This programme is designed to identify regional issues and solutions relating to energy access in developing nations in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
