Manage the development of the Integrated Public Transport System in Bogotá , within the framework of the Mobility Master Plan , with quality, dignity and comfort standards, with intermodality criteria, with financial and environmental sustainability, with an orientation towards quality improvement life of users and seeking the integration of the city with the Region.

Vision
In 2023, the Integrated Public Transport System managed by TRANSMILENIO SA will have coverage throughout the city. The operational, financial and environmental sustainability of this System will be ensured through District and National public mobility policies and sources of financing determined by the competent authorities.
