The True Colors Fund is working to end homelessness among lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth, creating a world where all young people can be their true selves.] Mission The True Colors Fund works to end homelessness among lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth, creating a world where all young people can be their true selves. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people are 120% more likely to experience homelessness than non-LGBTQ youth. The True Colors Fund is committed to changing that. True Colors Fund believes that LGBTQ youth homelessness is a community issue. Real change can happen when people come together with a shared vision. That means working to not just end homelessness among LGBTQ youth, but to prevent it.
