Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of our business and increasingly important to our culture. Our CSR committee drives activity based around four key areas of responsibility:

  • workplace: we recognise that the success of our business is a direct result of the quality and commitment of the people we employ
  • marketplace: we are committed to undertake business fairly and with integrity
  • community: we are determined to be a responsible corporate citizen in the communities in which we operate
  • environment: our aim is to be a leader in sustainability in the built environment.

Over the past few years we have been working hard to embed these four themes into our culture, ensuring that the benefits of our efforts are maximised both for our clients and for our people
