Services
We participate in the development of government policies and programmes in the areas of national development and the related financial management systems, procedures and guidelines; and generation of Local Government development strategies and plans through participatory methodologies
We conduct training needs assessments, trainings, development of training modules, mentoring, establishment of information dissemination systems for local governments, development of participatory stakeholder assessment mechanisms, backstopping and development of capacity building programmes with focus on NGOs
We conduct monitoring; development of indicators; and periodic review of the implementation of government and NGOs programmes, including impact assessment through participatory methodologies. Under data management we design databases for NGOs and analyse and disseminate data for NGOs and Local Government
We provide technical and management support to rural based organizations and government agencies implementing HIV/AIDS/Rural Development based programmes; and enhancement of community relations and pro poor capacities
