The UNDP Madagascar vision is part of the overall UNDP strategic plan 2022-2025, the SDGs for 2030 and the general policy of the Malagasy State as well as the United Nations cooperation framework 2021- 2023 In accordance with the UNDP 2022-2025 strategic plan, the national priorities and commitments of the State as well as the United Nations cooperation framework plan for sustainable development for 2021 to 2023, the 2021-2023 country program adopts a strategy of holistic intervention taking into account the risks and the humanitarian dimension, which will address the socio-economic, political and humanitarian contexts of the country. This intervention strategy aims to strengthen and be based on: the leadership of national, regional and local authorities and institutions responsible for coordinating development; And the capacities and knowledge of local communities for the elaboration and co-implementation of inclusive development solutions in communities at peace and enjoying all human rights.
