University College Zealand (UCZ) is the regional university college in the region of Zealand offering 11 bachelor degree programs. University College Zealand has 8.500 full-time and 2.500 part-time students as well as 650 employees located at seven campuses across the region.

University College Zealand has a campus structure which is supported by joint leading elements which across the whole organisation ensures high professional competence, cooperation and development internally as well as externally.
Additionally, University College Zealand offers in-service training and further education with several thousand students as well as international diplomas and degrees. The Regional Centre for Educational Services Zealand is part of the organisation. 

University College Zealand is actively part of partnership projects with municipalities, the region, research institutions and the business community.

Research at University College Zealand addresses the challenges and opportunities that are shaping the future of their professions and their professional work. They work with applied science enabling strong connections between research, development and innovation. Their research is carried out in co-production with the public and private sectors at a regional, national and international level. They apply a wide range of research methods covering both qualitative and quantitative approaches, with a strong emphasis on user involvement and continuing development towards both the professional and the educational practice. Thus, they are able to present a strong track record of projects with a multidisciplinary user-driven approach that benefit educational and regional development.
