The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) is home to Australia’s urban development industry. UDIA educate, inspire, support, connect and advocate for property developers, consultants and a range of other professionals involved in creating homes for current and future communities.

Established in 1975, UDIA's Victorian division has a strong and engaged membership, consisting of over 50,000 individual professionals from 350+ company members.
 
All members benefit from a purposeful policy agenda, effective advocacy activities and highly relevant business services including events, information, news, professional development and networking opportunities.
