UT Life Insurance Ltd formerly Golden Life Assurance Company Limited started as a wholly owned subsidiary of CDH Insurance Company Limited with the name CDH Life Assurance Co. Ltd. The company was incorporated in 2005 but remained dormant until October 2007. The Life operation over these years was a department of CDH Insurance Company Limited now NSIA Ghana Insurance.
