Vivansa is a private company delivering 15+ years of Customs & Trade facilitation business expertise as well as Information Technology (IT) excellence.
Since its establishment, Vivansa has been participating to the major reforms launched by the EU in the field of Customs Union and has gained the confidence of the involved stakeholders (European Commission (DG TAXUD), national Customs/Tax authorities, Economic Operators) with respect to a shared vision for providing electronic Customs solutions as well as trusted service provider.
Vivansa benefits from a EU-wide presence through its network of Regional Sales Offices aiming at developing Vivansa activities on 4 main regions: Benelux (with two offices respectively based in Brussels-Wavre, BE, and Luxembourg, LU), Eastern Europe (with office based in Sofia, BG), Southern Europe (with office to be opened soon in Limassol, CY) and Nordics (with office to be opened soon in Copenhagen, DK).
Vivansa can also rely on a task force of 30+ experts that are either attached to those Regional Sales Offices or to the Vivansa International Excellence Centre (IEC) based in Sofia. Those experts are IT specialists with strong knowledge of Customs-related business processes and solid SOA background (most of them being TOGAF- and/or ARIS-Certified) as well as (non-IT) Customs experts involved in business-level discussions. Vivansa is also promoting the development of a web community of Customs Experts around the globe involved in some R&D activities, all of them being federated under the company label “the eCustoms People”.
Vivansa has a constant growth and consolidated annual revenue of €2M in FY2015. About 40% of the revenue base is recurring, deriving from the upgrade and maintenance of its turnkey solutions as well as subcontracting activities to major IT companies.
Since its creation in 2001, Vivansa has been continuously investing in Research & Development activities in order to propose to its Customers innovative approaches (involving new technologies, standards, and methods) to help them address problematics that they failed to address with traditional approaches. The outcome of this continuous process is a unique offering on the market that combines both IT-related disciplines and Customs/Tax Business knowledge and that involves four lines of services:
