Connecting for Good is about combining Vodafone's charitable giving and technology to make a difference in the world. Globally, the Vodafone Foundation supports projects that are focused on delivering public benefit through the use of mobile technology across the areas of health, education and disaster relief.

The Vodafone Foundation, UK registered charity number 1089625, allocates Vodafone Group Plc funds to projects around the world that are run in partnership with other charitable organisations & NGOs. The Vodafone Foundation also sits at the centre of a network of 27 local social investment programmes, referred to as the local Foundations. The Vodafone Foundation has a funding partnership with these local foundations to provide public benefit by investing in programmes that support communities in countries where Vodafone has commercial roots.

Through this unique network of foundations, they are able to think and act locally and best respond to the specific needs of the communities in which Vodafone operates. Globally, they harness the power of communications technology to build and deliver long-term sustainable programmes that drive transformational change and support disaster response.
