They partner with people and organizations in the countries they visit so that they ensure a sustainable solution for clean water access.
Approximately 65% of their projects are done through self-funded Canadian volunteer teams. The rest of their projects are completed by trained in-country teams with the assistance of Canadian donors and sponsors. Some of their work includes sending portable water filters to countries such as Uganda, Somaliland and DR Congo where local ministries then distribute these lifesaving devices.
Another way they work is through partnerships with other organizations like ours. They have assisted financially with WaterStep in the United States, and donated to emergency water projects in countries all over the world. They also provide education to Canadians on the need to provide clean water and how possible it is to do this for everyone around the world.
