Home ownership, community Development, and education

  • $71.2 million in grants to nonprofits supporting affordable housing, homeownership counseling and foreclosure prevention (2014).
  • $5.97 billion in community development loans and investments in projects that support affordable housing, job creation, community services, and economic development in low- and moderate-income areas (2013).
  • $71.6 million invested in more than 7,800 educational programs and schools around the U.S. (2014).

 

Team member volunteerism and donations

  • 1.74 million team member volunteer hours (2014).
  • $97.7 million pledged by team members through the annual Community Support and United Way Campaign and donated year-round directly to nonprofits (2014).

Wells Fargo Housing Foundation

Founded in 1993, the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation is committed to increasing low- to moderate-income homeownership through the development of affordable housing. The Foundation has two programs: the Team Member Volunteer program and the Homeownership Grant Program. 

 

Wells Fargo Regional Foundation

Wells Fargo Regional Foundation aims to improve the quality of life for children and families living in low-income neighborhoods in New Jersey, Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania. See the counties we serve.  The Foundation concentrates its resources on the creation and implementation of resident-driven neighborhood plans.  The Wells Fargo Regional Foundation awards Neighborhood Planning Grants and Neighborhood Implementation Grants to support long-term, resident-driven neighborhood revitalization.
