WOW LEAP INC (Women with Disabilities LEAP to Social and Economic Progress, Inc.) is an organization of women with disabilities, dedicated in promoting the rights of women with disabilities to become active participants in social and economic activities in their respective community.

To facilitate access of women with disabilities to RESOURCES necessary for their active participation in social and economic activities in their communities

 

Our goals

• To link women with disabilities to basic rehabilitation services, education, training, employment and other opportunities necessary for their personal development.
• To develop leadership among women with disabilities to encourage their active participation in organization and sector development.
• To promote the participation of women and girls with disabilities in community activities such as sports, recreation, arts, culture, spiritual and other aspects of their daily life. 

 

Home Based Employment Promotion

WOWLEAP produces liquid dishwashing soap, powder detergent and fabric softener as a means to augment income of some members. WOWLEAP hopes to expand this business and teach women with disabilities with skills for them to start home based business with the help of their family members.
