WYG SAVJETOVANJE d.o.o. is a Croatian company specialising in consultancy related to the EU programmes and projects. The company is a member of the WYG Group that has for many years acted as a positive catalyst in improving the quality of life for people in over 40 countries, by working with governments to meet their social obligations and by helping foster social and economic development of the countries and people.
Our focus is to provide technical assistance and training to different Croatian public and private institutions and companies. We are mostly working in the socio-economic field, especially in the sectors of regional development, human resources development and labour market. We are also providing education to adult learners in the form of seminars and trainings around the themes that are related to the European integration and Croatian accession to the European Union (EU).
Employees of the WYG SAVJETOVANJE d.o.o. are Croatian experts having many years of experience in different socio-economic sectors, but also the experience in working in different intercultural settings and within the teams consisting of experts coming from different European countries. We are all aware in our organisation of how important is a good intercultural communication for successful management of international projects and teams.
As Croatia is heading closer to the membership of the European Union, international projects and work in intercultural settings are becoming more and more frequent. Our team has therefore recognised a need to organise a workshop in Croatia in order to cover the issue of learning about cultural differences, but also to start introducing learning about Croatian culture in a broader, European context.
The courses thought during the Workshop will be given by highly professional WYG SAVJETOVANJE d.o.o. experts, having the educational background and firsthand experience of living and working in intercultural settings. External experts/trainers will be engaged for courses about the Croatian cultural identity, Croatian language, for the “book and cook” session and for the learning in the museum and the castle. All the courses will be interactive, with additional time reserved for discussion groups and exchange of experiences.
