YZAS Baker Tilly, was founded in September 1995 by two Ivoirian Accountants both graduates of the French State.

Based on the many years of experience accumulated in the company during the beginning of their career, the founders concentrated their company project on their main expertise: auditing, consulting and, to a lesser extent, accounting.

Like any new project, the target, from the outset, has been customer proximity.

But very quickly, the need for internationalization was felt.

Specialization and opening to the public

After its debut on the national market, the YZAS Baker Tilly firm has resolutely committed itself to the international market by developing a strategy of adherence to globally known networks.

This strategy soon paid off. So :

• - In 1998, the first steps were taken with the INPACT INTERNATIONAL - FIDUNION network;
• In 2000, the firm joined the French network France France Audit with which they joined the international network HLB already 15th worldwide network;
• In 2003, the France Audit Group, including YZAS, left the HLB network to join the Baker Tilly International network.
