As a member of the UniCredit Group since March 2002, one of the most successful banking groups in Europe, Zagrebačka banka is also one of the leading banks in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

It holds a quarter of total assets of the Croatian banking sector and 18 percent of the total assets of the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina as the owner of UniCredit banka d.d. Mostar.

The main subsidiaries of Zagrebačka banka are: ZB Invest, the Zagrebačka banka investment fund management company, which holds approximately 27 percent of the market share AZ fond, while the compulsory pension fund of Zagrebačka banka and Allianz, holds approximately 41 percent of the market share.
