A young professional having more than 12 years of experience in the non-governmental organizations; CBOs, National NGOs, International NGOs, and Bilateral/Diplomatic Agency for 10 years and an additional 2 years in the private sector. I have deep knowledge about the matrix organization's major operating strategies, funding modalities, partnership strategies, and provisions for non-governmental organizations, development agencies, and the private sector. Regarding the educational qualification; I have completed an MBA with a 3.97 GPA and awarded by Dean List. Similarly, I have achieved a two-time excellence award at the bachelor's level and 10+2 level. Further, I am equipped with various formal, nonformal training, and development program. As a part of my job, I have involved in operations of various nature of organizations like NGO, INGO, Diplomatic Mission, Private sector. I have involved and facilitated in major project cycle from proposal writing (business development) to project closeout and departmental job functions like administrative functions, financial functions, partnership grants/fund management functions, capacity building of staff and partners, monitoring, and evaluation functions, reporting and auditing functions. Managed small to large scale project including Private Donor; DFID (GBP 15 Million), EU (20 Million EURO), USAID(39.6 Million USD), ICCO; UNDP; UNODC; UNICEF; ECHO, IFAD, ADB, World Bank Grant, Government of Nepal Fund-MOHA etc.) Well experienced for various INGOs like WWF, CARE, British Council, WaterAid, VSO, ADB (consulting), VSO and Local NGOs. Experienced in spreadsheet modeling techniques, including designing grant management and reporting tools for grantees (partner organisations).
