I, Mortone Kalima Leo is an experienced Logistics and Transport Consultant having over five years of local and international work experiences. Having engaged in infrastructural projects and capacity building as assistant with Japanese companies like Padeco in collaboration with IDCJ and Nippon Koei, also EJEC for the Dar es Salaam City transport plan, Mortone has attained wide experience in Transport infrastructure. Not only that but also engaged in Electric power project under Japanese company called JERI. This make him fit to work with any international and local organization in any business field. Having attained a master's degree in international business and thereafter engaged in internship program at Padeco, where he worked in project division and Global Partiners where he worked in marketing division in Japan, he has considerable skills to work with Japanese spirit in any environment. His recent assignment was Transport specialist and supervisor at Eight Japan Engineering Corporation. Before that, he was involved in the Study of central Corridor Railway Revitalization and Energy Efficiency Project in the United Republic of Tanzania for 33 days. Following up and having a additional interview by the local side after the team left the site His engagement as a local associate and assistant researcher for both Makumbusho Substation ex- post evaluation and the study for transport master plan of the United Republic of Tanzania by JICA therefore had significantly exposed me to various national and regional infrastructure facilities, transport and terminal operators of all modes i.e. air port, railway, maritime, pipeline and road transport. 1
