I have 10 years working experience disaster management field with Development organization in multicultural environment and achieved good working knowledge in Program planning, management, Partner management, Budgeting, Emergency Response, Monitoring, and its implementation. I am Completed post graduate diploma in disaster Management University of Patuakhali Science and Technology and also completed Master of Development Studies Department of politics & Public Administration at Islamic University, Kushtia. At my work time and study on Development study I have Good understanding on project management and implementation, finance, M&E, Internal Audit, fund raising organization. I have also knowledge about child right polices, understanding on Gender, Women Rights and Public services. I have not only an experience excellent documentation and reporting skills but also Good communication and report writing skills both in English and Bangla.
