Summary

I held a temporary position in the Civilian Response Corps-Active at USAID, deployable 6 months a year. When not deployed, I worked in GC on procurement. I was deployed to South Sudan as a pension advisor, as a Democracy and Governance advisor to Kyrgyzstan and Haiti, and as a regional legal advisor in Thailand. My development work was in legal and social sector and pension reform. I have worked in 27 countries, including 10 of the FSU. I recently managed policy and legal reform in Tunisia.
