- Over fifteen years' experience in development communications and outreach campaign on issues ranging from public health; education; water, sanitation and hygiene; violence against women; migration and trafficking; good governance; disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation etc. - One of the pioneers of the country to undertake digital marketing (facebook, google) campaigns. - Trainer of Disaster Management at Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB) - Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation interventions, both structural and non-structural. - Possess strong project management skills, encompassing strategic planning and management; financial analysis and management; progress monitoring and evaluation. - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, writing and organizational skills with over 10 years’ experience working with both public and private sectors including donors, UN system, NGOs, INGOs. - Masters in Disaster Management, M.Phil. in Public Administration (ongoing), MBA (Finance), Honours in Mathematics.
