A team-oriented conservationist, I am seeking to use my two decades of international experience to improve soil health and forest conservation. I am skilled at the full cycle of scientific research, from proposal writing, collection of field samples and data, laboratory analyses, data analysis, and reporting of results, as evidenced by writing, editing, and publication of manuscripts in peer-review journals. My organizational skills were developed conducting multi-national, multi-stakeholder, international research projects. I have developed leadership and team management skills with groups of students in a variety of settings, and by training young professionals in forestry and conservation, and managing field crews in forestry research.
