Result oriented proactive WASH specialist with extensive international and national cross cultural field level, remote and backstopping experience of implementation and management of all stages of WASH program, from strategic planning and formulation to the delivery of the WASH outcome and output results, at different WASH positions as WASH officer, coordinator, delegate, consultant, advisor, expert, specialist, external monitoring & evaluation consultant, project officer, project manager, program manager, Director and hydro-geologist. Led, participated and provided program leadership support and technical directions for high quality, gender friendly and results-oriented program planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, management and reporting of large-scale, complex, sustainable and resilient integrated humanitarian emergency preparedness, relief, early recovery, transitional and community development rural and peri-urban integrated WASH/Health/ shelter interventions with UN Agencies, donors, INGOs, local NGOs, Governments, private sector and consultants like UNICEF, UNDP, EU, CIDA, DFID, World Bank, KfW Development Bank, Swiss Red Cross, Red Crescent Society of Iran, Catholic Relief Services, Handicap International, Swiss Solider, consortium of Norwegian Church Aid, Caritas & RDF and consortium of HEKS, Caritas & Anatolian Development Foundation, Islamic Relief, Muslim Aid Samara's Aid, Iran and Governments in multiple environments as disasters, outbreaks, influx, protracted and cross border conflict environments for IDPs, refugees, migrants, host communities, schools and health facilities, in line with humanitarian standards and best practices. Planned, implemented and managed WASH project for control & prevention of EBOLA outbreak in Libera & WASH Cholera & acute watering diarrhea outbreak projects. Supported, supervised & provided technical directions and advice to partners, WASH teams and relevant ministries in development of technical and financial proposals, cost estimates, budgets, work, contingency and procurement plans, strategies, log frames and conducting technical rapid, needs, gaps, resources and current WASH, public health, WATSAN infrastructure and humanitarian situations assessments, analysis and provision of technical support for climate resilient construction and rehabilitation of WATSAN and shelter infrastructures to assist beneficiaries to strengthen their drinking water quality, secure sanitation facilities and surveillance activities, organizing hygiene promotion activities through CLTS, PHAST & CHAST approaches, water treatment, capacity building and procurement activities with active participation and involvement of communities in each stage of program. Contributed improvements, centralization, capitalization & dissemination of technical experience including best practices, lessons learnt, situation analysis, technical progress, input, case studies, impact of program, challenges and operational realities for future WASH programming. Collaborated security focal points to assess risks in program implementation area and assisted in communicating security alerts and maintenance of security. Chaired, participated and represented organizations in cluster coordination, Technical Working Groups, review, Ebola Task Force and cholera Task Force meetings. Produced monthly, final, progress, technical, financial, donor, external monitoring and evaluation and handover reports.
