Over fifteen years’ experience as practicing Lawyer, performing as an Advocate/ Practitioner in Customs Laws and Procedures, Taxation Matters & International Trade; Providing Businessmen and Traders with legal representation in the areas of Fiscal Statutes, Trade and Taxation matters, Import/ Export Policy, Transit Trade; and appearing before Customs and Inland Revenue Adjudicating authorities, Special Customs Courts, Customs and Inland Revenue Appellate Tribunals throughout the country. Pleading Customs and Taxation matters before High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan while representing Clients in Customs Matters: Seizures, Valuations, Taxation, Tariff Classification, Assessment, Transit Issues, Rebate and Refund related matters. Having academic qualification: Master of Laws (LL.M) and Master in Political Science, enrolled with Pakistan Bar Council as Advocate Supreme Court (24.03.2021.), with Balochistan Bar Council as Advocate High Courts (08.05.2010.) Having working experience with International Organizations as Coordinator “Rule of Law Roadmap Program, UNDP/ UNODC; Research Consultant “Drugs and Crime” UNODC; and & Coordinator Capacity Building Program (UNODC & Pakistan Customs DGTR (Directorate General Research and Training) – Karachi. Also having served as Inspector Pakistan Customs from 1988 to 2007 at Collectorate of Customs, Sales Tax and Federal Excise, (Federal Board of Revenue) for Nineteen Years and delivered Operational duties, Tax Generation and Legal duties.
